Quantity Solutions Inc. (QSI) has experienced remarkable growth since its establishment in 2008, employing over a hundred professionals. Since its inception, QSI has successfully completed over 650 projects for notable and prestigious developers both in the Philippines and internationally.
In 2013, after four years of operations, QSI was able to secure ISO 9001:2008 certification from international certifying body TUV Nord Inc. We have been upgraded to the latest version, ISO 9001:2015 since 2018.

Founded by Engr. Rynor G. Jamandre, a topnotcher in the Civil Engineering board exam and one of the few Filipinos certified by the London-based Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and Engr. Timothy E. Cleveland, a US Military Engineer based in Washington, QSI was established to serve both local and international projects.

Mr. Jamandre is a civil engineer with 25 years of construction estimating experience from well-known local companies such as DM Consunji, Ayala Land, and Pacific International. He has also completed various multi-million dollar projects abroad mainly from the US Department of Defense and the US Federal Aviation Administration. He placed 9th in the 1998 Civil Engineering Licensure Exams. He is a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators.
Some of the notable projects he has completed are the following: Serendra Phase 3, Verdana Homes and Celadon Residences with Ayala Land Inc.; Rockwell Center and International School of Manila with DM Consunji Inc., Bellevue Bohol, Two Seasons Palawan, Alveo Headquarters, Forbes Media Tower, Amata Kabua International Airport in the Marshall Islands; US Naval Support Facility in Diego Garcia, U.S. defense projects in Kyrgyzstan and Dubai just to name a few.
Mr. Cleveland is a seasoned civil engineer from the University of Washington in Seattle, USA. He has more than 30 years of construction experience ranging from private, public and military construction projects. He holds an Advanced Project Management and Negotiations certificate with the US Army Corps of Engineers and is a member of the Construction Managers Association of America and American Society of Military Engineers – Seattle Chapter
